These Terms & Conditions govern your use of DoBrainGames.com. By using the platform you agree to these terms. They are written to be as readable and fair as possible — if anything is unclear, please ask.
DoBrainGames.com ("DBG", "we", "us") is operated by Confianta EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria. Contact: support@confianta.com.
DBG provides a free online platform for playing chess, Go and Mastermind, including live video calling, a coach/student marketplace, human-like bots, game bridges to third-party platforms, TV mode and customisable backgrounds.
The platform is offered free of charge. Voluntary support is possible via Buy Me a Coffee. Optional paid features may be introduced in the future, with clear advance notice.
Accounts are created through Google Sign-In. By signing in you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and that you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. If you believe your DBG account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

The video call feature is peer-to-peer and requires your browser to have access to your camera and microphone. DBG does not record, store or transmit video or audio beyond the live connection between players.
Video call functionality depends on your browser, device, network and permissions. DBG cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free video calls.
The marketplace allows any registered user to offer or seek coaching and teaching services. DBG facilitates the listing only — we do not vet coaches, set prices, handle payments, or participate in any arrangement between coach and student.
DBG takes zero commission. All financial arrangements are made directly between coach and student. DBG is not responsible for the quality, outcome or any dispute arising from those arrangements. Users are responsible for their own compliance with any applicable laws regarding paid services in their country.
DBG includes built-in bridges to Lichess.org and Online-Go.com. These depend on the availability of those external platforms. DBG is not responsible for any unavailability, changes or decisions made by those services.
DBG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Chess.com, Lichess.org or Online-Go.com.
Content you create on DBG — chat messages, game annotations, coach listings — remains yours. By posting content you grant DBG a limited licence to store and display it as part of the service, for no other purpose.
Do not post content that is illegal, offensive, or that infringes the rights of others. We may remove content that violates these terms.
DBG is an independent project. We aim to keep it running reliably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, change or discontinue features at any time, with reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.
The DBG platform, code, design and content (except user-generated content) are the intellectual property of Confianta EOOD. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without permission.
The games of chess and Go are of course not owned by anyone — they belong to the world.
DBG is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Confianta EOOD is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, interrupted games, or disputes arising from the coach marketplace or third-party bridges.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria and, where applicable, EU law including the GDPR. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bulgaria, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of DBG after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
